Sending parcel and freight by sea
is not an ideal shipping solution if speed of transit is a
priority. If you need to get your goods to their destination as
quickly as possible then you should consider using Air Freight
services. However, it can save your pocket if you plan your moving
ahead from the others.
Apart from the slower transit time
(approximately 7-10 weeks from the date of collection from origin
address to Peninsular Malaysia, 2-4 weeks further for East
Malaysia), sea freight is the most affordable method to send your
belongings. You can send bigger volume on a cheaper
tariff.

latest rates on door to door parcel shipping service. They are all
in flat rate, collected from your door and deliver to the other end
of your choice, no extra charges will be imposed. Exception however
applies for certain area of services and countries please contact
us for further information on extra charges on our outskirt area.

- FREE DOUBLE WALL CORRUGATED
PACKING BOXES of your choice MAXI or MIDI size as you prefer. We
supply high quality double wall corrugated reinforced boxes in 2
different sizes and these are the best material that will protect
your belongings during shipment and transit. Order your
FREE boxes NOW! Free packing boxes is limited to UK
mainland address only. Free delivery is subject to refundable
security deposit. Please email us for quote on delivery service
other than UK mainland or outskirt address.
- FREE COLLECTION from UK Mainland
address within 7 working days from the date we confirmed your
booking. Premium collection on the date of your choice is possible
upon availability from just £25 per carton. Please contact us for
collection charge quote from address other than UK.
- All shipments are trackable via
our customer service desk. We will provide you with a tracking
number and your shipment can be tracked either by emailing us to
info@shipping2malaysia.com or just give us a ring for an update. We
are not able to provide real time tracking at the moment due to the
nature of parties and procedures involved in the chain. This enable
us to keep the rates lowest possible.
- Custom export documentation for
discharge and entry release are all inclusive in the rates.
- All shipment will be kept in our
24 hours monitored CCTV warehouse. We always prioritise the safety
and security of your packages.
- All port documentation and custom
clearance on arrival will be handled professionally.
- 3 times free attempt for delivery
to designated address once your shipment arrived in Malaysia. We
will notify the receipent for the delivery on the night before we
come just like we do during collection. Premium delivery is also
available at extra cost if you prefer the shipment to be delivered
at a specific date of your choice. Please refer our FAQ page to see
how the delivery works at the destination.
- We guarantee 100% successful
delivery in Malaysia. Just make sure the notify party and recipient
details supplied correctly to avoid any dissatisfaction. We cannot
be responsible for failure to notify due to insufficient details
supped.
- Minimum charge for every piece of
odd box is £20. Minimum charge for every consignment on each
address is £50.
- Minimum charge for East Malaysia
is £120. Even your total shipment is less than this amount, minimum
charge of £120 will still apply for each consignment.
- Free insurance of £100 per
consignment is included. Extra premium also available upon request
at very low rates as low as 3% over the value of the goods.

1. Order your FREE packaging material
ONLINE
EdEx® provide
free packing material for all door to door service except for
container load. Just fill the online order form, and we will
arrange for your packaging material to reach you less than a week.
Next day delivery available for only £15.00 inclusive VAT for every
5 empty boxes ordered maximum. Please note this premium service
will require upfront payment and upon availability only.
2. Get your shipment ready. Refer our FAQ page for
guidance on packing.
Our FAQ page will answer all you shipping to Malaysia and
questions and enquiries. We recommend you read this page thoroughly
for your own good. Get all you questions answered before we come
and collect your packages so that they can go on board safely!

BOOK for your FREE collection.
Once everything is ready, book your collection of the boxes for
free, and we promise for the boxes to be collected less than a week
from the date of booking. If you prefer the collection to be done
on a specific date of your choice, premium collection service is
also available from only £25 extra per box. Price will however may
vary based on availability on the selected date. Please note this
premium service is limited and fully depend on the
availability.
5. Final Check before COLLECTION.
Your final check before collection; Make sure all packages are
packed securely and not excessively heavy and overweight. This is
to make sure your packages to be handled safely. Make sure all
boxes are marked with receiver's name, address at destination,
contact number as well as email to ease and speed up the delivery
process. Writing these details on the box will guarantee the box to
reach its destination safely.
6. Invoice and Payment.
Our drivers are fully trained to issue you the freight invoice
on the spot during collection. Make sure you are being issued with
a receipt for any payment paid before is in hand. We apply strict
refund policy so make sure you have the original receipt in hand
for any refund request. We accept major credit and debit cards for
payment to be made during collection to the drivers. We would need
the payment to be cleared before any shipment can be allowed on
board.
7. Items in Transit.
Now everything in place, make sure you receive a tracking number
and a copy of a waybill stated number of parcels which has been
collected, the amount of payment being charged is correct, and the
driver have signed the form with collection date and time. We
target all of the shipment to reach West Malaysia in 7-10 weeks
from the collection date, 2-4 weeks further to East Malaysia. You
can alway get in touch to get update on the progress of the
shipment right after the collection up until delivery to be made
later at destination.
8. Receive your PARCEL on time.
Put the targeted date of delivery on your calendar, we will make
sure they are being delivered exactly on time as promised!
